Birthday Boy!
For someone who loves to get goofy and make people laugh, he's kind of shy getting in front of the class.
Ms. Helen, one of his teachers who teaches Chinese, helps celebrate Yoyo's birthday. The kids sing while the birthday child walks around the mat with all the months of the year. Each circle marking a year, and we brought pictures from when Evan was little to show all his friends.
The best part–-cupcakes!!
All his teachers are wonderful! Ms. Kristin, Ms. Helen, and Ms. Shab. We really appreciate all they do!
The kids got to go outside and work off some of that sugar high. The teachers know what they're doing!
We passed out pencils for his classmates.
Birthday celebration at Grandpa and Grandma's house!
Birthday party at Seascape! These kids are all very experienced house bouncers. They didn't have these things when I was little. The first time (and so far last time) I went down one of these slides, I got a bounce house burn on my elbow. Ouch!
Emily P, such a sweet girl, broke her elbow a few weeks ago. Poor thing. She was the very first kid to make friends with us when Evan started this school (in the Red Room). We were so happy that she came over to the Orange Room also.
Air cannons, Hubby's favorite part.
Evan and one of his best buddies, Noah.
She's not letting a little broken bone slow her down.
Time for pizza, junk food, and sugar. This doesn't happen often, so enjoy while you can, kiddo!
More PRESENTS!!! He got to open everything, but only got to open a few things to play with. He has to earn "good boy" stickers to get more new toys to play with.
Thank you everyone for celebrating Yoyo's 5th birthday with us!
