We got to meet Santa Claus! Evan remembered to tell him sorry he fought with his sister, trying to get on the nice list. Emma should've apologized too but she's a bit too head-strong to do it… or maybe she's just a bit skeptical of this character in the red suit, with that great big beard like he's got something to hide. She's too smart I tell you.
Leo (Leonardo of TMNT) was tough for Santa to find this year! He looked through four different Targets! (I can't believe I'm one of those parents who traipse all over town for that one thing!)
All dressed up for the Winter performance day at school!
Evan and Emma both got emails from Santa with video messages. Yea, Santa's high tech now! The first messages told them that they were right in the middle of nice and naught spectrum. They had to work on being nice to each other to get on the nice list, which they eventually did (but just barely).
We decorated a gingerbread house to give to Grandma. They had lots of fun.
Cookie decorating playdate at Rydan and Kylin's house! They had such fun toys. I think both Evan and Emma aspire to be musicians… not necessarily good ones but definitely loud.
Notice how hard Evan was banging that drum that he dropped the drumstick. The face he was making was hilarious!
The end of said cookie decorating playdate. Peace and quiet… except for Evan's snoring.
